As per title, it would be madness to go in to next season with Lukaku.
Some may say but he's just having a bad season or a bad period etc.
But there is more to it than that.
He has just come back to a club he claims were he's boyhood club.
He wants to prove himself in league etc etc .
Well no player would ever give the interview he gave in their very 1st season back. There is something wrong, and I think its broken and we need to part ways before it gets more toxic.
Yes some will say kneejerk, some that's its too soon.
But not for me, he just does not look right at all or playing like he wants to be the go to player.
To be honest I am getting sick of some of these players who have been giving interviews about how hard they are having it, yes Pulisic I am talking about you. You have been a disgrace
To be honest I think we need at least 6 players sold. I really think this summer could be the biggest transfer merry go round at Chelsea we have ever seen.
I think it will be a cull and nearly complete revamp and Tuchel will lead it to make the team in he's mould and mostly he's players

I think we have too many players in those positions and no one has been able to cement a place or get enough cohesive form
Lukaku is a disgrace his interview was a joke and he just needs to go, hes now an expensive problem
We need to tie up Rudiger
Let AC go
Let Azpi go with a doft of our caps
Pulisic will likely go on loan
Werner can go
The issue is i think is we have to do things early to ensure our ducks are in a row
I think its likely that dembele and Sule are on their way to us in the summer on Free's

It's like when Spurs fans said Jose had his mojo back when he went to them. Lukaku can be a very effective player, but he doesn't seem to turn up in the most important games.

Lukaku should have had scored 4 or 5 against us over those 3 games, he is pretty shocking.
He is a midtable striker at best who is more suited to the Italian league

Mon I think Sule will be sent back. I am calling it now.
We have already agreed fee for Kounde, Gallagher will be brought back and Tuchel will use him.
Rice , I believe Chelsea will pay what it takes to get him and Aurélien Tchouaméni I believe will also come in, I think that may also be a close agreement.
Then its possibly another CB if needed and as you say Dembele again I thinks thats done already on a free and a Centre Forward, we are going to go hard in on Haarland no doubt about it but I am sure Tuchel will have another option is that went wrong.
I know it looks a lot but as I said I think this will be the biggest transfer window we have ever seen.
And we will see that with big sales and players of the payroll on big money and loan fees

I was genuinely interested to see how Lukaku would do with you guys this season after seemingly getting himself fitter in Italy and being heralded as the player to take you to the title.
With us Lukaku was fat, disinterested and devoid of any real technique but it wouldn’t be the first time we have destroyed a decent player in recent times especially strikers with crap service and a useless midfield behind but seemingly no it is Lukaku is actually very average, able to bully defenders at times but mostly just a chip on his shoulder, poor work rate and huge ego.
A cut price offload back to Italy seems the only option, the prem takes no prisoners, the money is good but to get to the top and stay there as a striker takes real application and talent.

Have just heard that Sule is going to Dortmund,
pleased about that as he's not Chelsea standard.
Rudi is off to RM ,I'm pretty certain, I hope he doesn't regret it.
Dave is going to Barca according to the Spanish press, best of luck Dave, you deserve a nice pay off.
AC to Barca as well, they are welcome to him, maybe they won't be so rough with him over there !
Dembele ,has a rep for being very temperamental and sulky, apart from being very mercenary, best left alone.
Lukaku, a big fat waste of our space, and money.
Pulisic ,RLC, CHO. Jorghi, iwould all be better off in the Italian league, it's slower and not so robust.
So, unless we win the 5 trophies we are going for,their will be a huge changeover of staff, incoming and outgoing, this summer.

What then?
Once he starts scoring he won't ever stop.... until he does.
Drogba and Costa had severe scoring droughts when confidence levels were low.
Someone from the fan base has to hold the faith.

I'm not sure if Lukaku is right for us, especially now that he's annoyed so much of our fan base. But to write him off is foolish. He's clearly having a poor as well as injury hit season but his goal scoring record for club and country is excellent.

There's clearly an issue with Lukaku fitting in to the established way Tuchel's got us playing, and the problem I suspect he's struggling with is the onus is on him to adapt - this squad won the CL playing like this, it's on him to prove himself to the group, not the other way around.
The other problem he has is if push comes to shove & it comes down to choosing between Tuchel & Lukaku there's only one winner there. If he was younger, and hadn't gone out of his way to p!ss off the fans, maybe there'd be a discussion to be had, but he won't win that fight.
