We have a downhill skier that won a world cup event about a month ago..Dave something...dunno how he did

But we are fresh out of sliding tea tray specialists currently...might scrape a curling bronze if we're lucky

While I will always support any British team competing, whatever the competition, sport, etc., either in the UK or abroad, I will always support them. But, given the debacle over the young Russian girl, testing +, then she wasn’t, then she can get a medal, then she might not, I don’t even bother watching.

The IOC are to blame for this, them and no one else. Their total complete and utter lack of defence/support for the Chinese tennis player who’s gone missing says it all.

Petrified of saying anything which might upset the big guns in international sport reduces them to a laughing stock, if not worse.

The IOC, like FIFA and UEFA, are old boys clubs who seem to be only interested in their own well being, and aggrandizement , it's been like this for years, going back to Sir Stanley Rouse and up to Blatter and Infantino and their cohorts.
This is the status quo, and I can't see it changing any time soon.

In 2018 Team GB won 1 gold and 4 bronzes.
The current zero tally is clearly below par, but not by much.
