Yet again our corners are terrible, we've had over 10 already in this match but not one has resulted in any sort of chance. Cant see that happening from top teams

I take that you don’t watch Man United

The corners were poor this game but we have the most goals per game via corners in the PL, we should've varied them though today

Our corners frequently lead to big chances.
He didn’t specify which end.

We’ve got a good record from corners overall. Our delivery has definitely got better, less endless hitting the first man. Delivery was alright in this game, just felt we needed to mix it up, Brentford defence were easily beating us in the air, they’re quite a tall team. Should have tried a few short corners. Same with the crossing today, but too much emphasis against a team who can deal with it well. But worked out fine in the end because we were able to provide enough threat in other areas

Interesting to see Arsenal, Tottenham and Wolves near bottom of big chances missed last few seasons yet finish near the higher positions in the league. Just goes to show taking the very few chances they create can make a huge difference. I always thought Arsenal and Spurs last few seasons have been near most efficient sides at both ends massively outperforming XG and expected points when they deserved to finish near the bottom half of the league.
