Was it just me or did Adebayor seem to be loathe to score against Arsenal, all his efforts even one on one with the keeper seemd a bit tame or half hearted. Especially after the way he finished against Liverpool previously??
So much was made in the week of the way he celebrated when he was playing with Man City that he almost seemed afraid to score, or was definately playing on his mind??

His one on one with the keeper was terrible! He made it obvious to the keeper which way he was going!

A bit of lift on the ball and it would have gone in
It might have seemed a bit of a lazy finish, but im sure he thought he was offside..but he should have done better

He did look slightly off the pace. 2 things I think may have contributed to this, lack of pre-season meaning his fitness is a bit below par and is starting to catch up with him.
Also did he not have an ice pack on his leg when he came off? If so he may have been playing with a slight injury.

It's not just been in this game though he missed a few other great chances in his previous games. He seems pounce upon the more difficult opportunities and score then squander the really easy ones. Weird.
