Liverpool are in form right now and City have lost some momentum. It's crazy to think how tight the margins are now with these two teams.
Trent has lots of haters that argue he can't defend but the fact remains he puts out crazy numbers for a rb. Klopp has shaped the team to utilise what he excels at and reaped the rewards but some say other players could do the same in a similar system. I think if a manager had a player that could replicate his assists they would do it.
Trent is an enigma basically. A rb that doesn't really play rb but offers a huge weapon going forward. Liverpool can win without mane and salah but for me trent is irreplacable. Against the biggest teams I just can't help but think Liverpool will suffer without what he offers. Just how they even chose to shape their teams with him being out. Cl games shouldn't be a big deal for the next round but missing the city game would be a huge loss I feel. City are unreal and winning the Pl is a difficult task even with trent. City's recent dip means anything really in a game that big.
Can Liverpool win at the ethiad without trent? If he's out for 4-6 weeks is the title realistic? I genuinely think he's that important but interested in other people's thoughts.
