FA cup Semi final travel

So no trains available all Easter weekend to London from Liverpool or Manchester
No thought whatsoever for the fans as usual
This game really should be played at Old Trafford

Back in the day FA Cup semis and any replays between United v Liverpool were at Maine Road and Goddison. No questions asked. Better away days than Wembley semis... easily. Why the fack did they change this. This game must be played at OT.

Because the FA need to boost their coffers after paying over the odds for a stadium that doesn't offer that much

FA just announced, they've listened to and considered the concerns of the fans......................... and the game will be played at Wembley.

Imagine if the "new" Wembley had been built in the Midlands (or even the North West). There's not a chance in hell the all London semi-final would have been played there when Euston was shut for the weekend.

Would be interesting to know many of the combined travelling fans from the North West would be wanting to use the train as their preferred form of transport, if it was running as normal.
