So rather than just acknowledge two rivals fans coming together in a really human way, you'd prefer to create a fictitious situation of being 1 down and question whether it would still have happened?!

I just don't understand what goes through some peoples heads.

Personally I thought it was a lovely moment. We're all passionate about our clubs but we're all just people and your heart goes out to someone suffering the kind of loss Ronaldo and his partner have.

I'm certain the Liverpool fans would have applauded even if they were a goal down. I'm sure that they'd have enough confidence in their team to come back from that anyway!

Yeah I just saw a video of it. Like Kneerash said every club have c-nttts for fans unfortunately, United are no different. Such a shame especially after Liverpool's gesture.

If a person was singing that after the earlier gesture I think it's fair to say they aren't a football fan let alone a united fan.

My dad stood on the terraces and heard Munich chants from rival fans for 20 years. Liverpool were always among the worst offenders until Hillsborough happened. Then they more or less stopped with their songs as they experienced grief beyond imagination with their own tragedy.

Sadly a good chunk of our fanbase have never forgiven them for this and that's why we get these sick chants.

Obviously.

If we were 0-1 on 7cmins we would beleive we would be 4-1 up but the end. No big deal.
