This is just so typical. We need Chelsea to do one on Arsenal and we’ve been totally shafted. I don’t know why I’m surprised. They’ve barely turned up.

Chelsea were an absolute joke tonight, terrible performance.

Can't lose at home to Brighton and hope other teams bail us out.
Only got ourselves to blame if we blow it now. Will most likely go into the Arsenal game behind them with the Anfield defeat baked in, so massive pressure on now.

Outrageous performance from Chelsea. As someone said on the live football thread - if that game was against us they'd have been playing like mad men.

Have to take the handbrake off for last 6 games...high press and any player that doesn't press should be subbed.

All need to relax. Bottom line is last four games, Spurs have trousers nine points, and Arsenal just three. Arsenal will not play a defence as weak as Chelsea put out last night, again this season.
Still very much in Spurs hands.

We all know football is massively corrupt across the board, we have bent referees, cheating players, biased media, players and teams giving 100% when they feel like it and managers not picking their strongest teams when they feel like it.
The game is massively tainted and lacking any proper integrity, particularly the last few years when the rules are changed and made up as they go along and how they see fit.
Start changing the rules of any competition part way through and you may as well just write the whole thing off.

So, factoring in the "lucky" Arsenal tag, and the "Spursy" tag, what realistically can we expect from this run in ?
Spurs:
Brentford (a) - can see a loss tbh. Just like the Burnley game. Will go at us 100 mph. In form. Ereksen factor. We could easily fold.
Leicester (h) - They are in form. Play nice footie. Could easily click and basically not let us have the ball.
Liverpool (a)- Loss. Too good. Move on to the next game. Only important thing is to protect our GD and keep it to a couple of goals.
Arsenal (h) Dreading it tbh. They could easily turn up. Get the first goal and then watch us fall apart.
Burnley (h)- Am confident. Poor team, don't travel and we should have enough.
Norwich (a)- Again poor team. Worst in the division. But.....they will have been relegated by then and could play with a freedom and look to end on a high for their fans.
Arsenal:
Utd (h) - funny one. You would say Utd are just about at their worst for probably a decade. But we will see funny results everywhere till the end of the season. For me, you have to hope Utd have enough pride / skill to get a draw. But more a hope for me.
West Ham (a)- Hope West Ham fight for every ball, as they have done all season. But they are running out of steam. A game where Arsenal "lucky" tag could easily kick in. Am betting West Ham have a couple of crucial injuries going into the game. Like Rice picking up a knock in training the day before.
Leeds (h)- Leeds have improved post Beilsa and stopped conceding 5 per game. But you can't look past a home win.
Spurs (a)- Can't bring myself to try and work this one out. Would not be surprised at all if they turn up and we don't.
Newcastle (a) They are in form. Playing well, particularly at home. With the home crowd roaring them on, could see Arsenal fold here.
Everton (h Home win. Everton are awful. Classic flat track bully game for Arsenal.
Of course the whole run in could easily pan out differently. Who knows. As the classic sayings goes. .....take one game at a time, and don't look at what your rivals are doing, just win your own games.

All I know is that if it was us playing them last night, Chelsea would have turned up

Oh, and a footnote to that wonderful journo, Phil ( I know nothing ) McNulty. when you write your match reports, can you at least do some basic homework. Arsenal do NOT play Spurs at The Emirates as you have stated. They play them at The Tottenham Stadium. Derrrrrrr.
