On Saturday Wolves will travel to London to take on Chelsea.
This is the type of game that the lower league teams are supposed to relish. To pit their wits against an established top 6 side. For the Wolves players and fans alike I would imagine that after recent performances the only pre-match feeling will be one of trepidation.
Wolves have lost 5 of their last 6 games conceding 9 goals in the process whilst managing to score just 4 whilst it should be noted that all 5 of those games were against teams below Wolves in the table.
Of their 34 league games this season, Chelsea have lost just 6 and even the most optimistic of Wolves fans wouldn’t be betting on that rising to 7 as a result of this game.
Gem’s prediction: 3-0

It's taken Neto a while to get back up to speed, so I'd rather Podence came on from the bench tbh. Neto and Trincao for sure. Still not convinced Jimenez is worthy of a start.

Who would you play instead

Neto, Fabio and Trincao would work for me.

Been linked with a £25 million move. I'd take that to be honest.

it was fun being in the Wolves end to see that finish, being picky I would have preferred to be in the Upper Shed rather than the Lower as you can’t see the stadium much at the back

It was fun in a different way being sat with their lot, strange atmosphere though, lots of empty seats and not a lot of noise from their fans. Decent facilities where I was sat though, a proper pub type bar area with seating and only £3 a pint. Orderly queuing for a slash too, which threw me a bit.

I think its in the concourse facilities where Molineux is so outdated nowadays. The stadium remains a great place to watch football and few grounds have a better atmosphere. But if you want refreshments or to use the toilets, all the stadium apart from the new North Bank is in the dark ages really

Very true, only reason miss North Bank, no fun at all getting into and out of loo in Billy Quiet very poor really
