Accelerates his departure.
Beyond me why him and Azpi have been starting non-stop, especially as dynamic wingbacks on and off the ball are a crucial part of the (back 3/5) foundation.
Signs of Azpi' fall started from last season, akin to the painful rapid decline of Ivanovic in his final season at the club. Glaring.
Massive error of judgement on Tuchel' part to not make an effort in integrating youth player of the year Livramento last season (when there were opportunities from the bench) and phase Azpi out (who's not even reliable at CB either anymore).
Don't even get me started on the alienation of a perfectly serviceable & capable future of the club Chalobah (in which we have kept clean-sheets 50% of the time and haven't lost a match with him starting in the side, along with Cal under Tuchel).
Had to suffer the ignominy of being reduced to reserve football minutes now (played a part in saving u23s from relegation yesterday).
For a manager that is deeply ingrained in analytics and the concept of social competence, shouldn't be getting this so wrong.
Treatment of said player is improper.
Some common sense and foresight required.
Alonso "bust-up" yet again...

Tam Tuchel should be out of a job after his sides performances or lack of this season.
