It is looking like Declan Rice will be this summer`s transfer saga.
The Scammers owners are already playing hard ball, by saying he is not for sale, despite the player wanting to leave for a big club.
Can a small club like The Shammers hold onto a player like Rice, or is this just posturing to get the absolute maximum fee for him?
I reckon he will ask to leave, and somebody will stump up the cash required in the end.

Rice has ambition, I doubt it is limited to playing the Euro conference mick cup, finishing 6th at best and playing in a rented stadium
