To be perfectly honest...it has very little impact on my summer.

Seems to be every Wednesday for the last 3 weeks. Just as outdoor nets have started on Wednesdays, 3 weeks ago.

We've won 3/3 so far and wracked up nearly 800 runs doing it though...so.

I’m actually on my way to the oval now for Surrey v a Sri Lanka development team

It was actually a cracking game… we batted first and scored 247 in a 40 over game. Should have been enough.

Play every now and again with mates, but not very often. Enjoy it when I do… might look into a club at some point.

I`ll assess at the end of the transfer window, CL money and this investment does not guarantee Levy will spend.

We need to remember Levy is a clever businessman, and he knows how to play the fans like a fiddle. Just look at what that announcement of £150m investment has done, the fans are now giddy with excitement and expecting some serious transfer activity.

I`ll believe it all when I see it.

I've just got off the phone with our best player who broke his leg 2 hours agoHe's taken 12 wickets and got 100 odd runs in the first 3 games.

Facking gutted for him and the team.

Wish I played cricket. I used to play as a kid and would love to join a club now but I’d be worried I’d be rubbish.

Heading to the Oval for the T20 this Friday though

The end of season, god the team actually managed to hold their nerve and achieve something, feeling is still going strong. At this moment, I still smile when I look at the final PL table, but god I hate this two and a half month period of the year when there is no football to wake up to.

I don't like Cricket, Tennis or golf for that matter, and there is no WC or Euros in the summer to fill the gap. So I guess will have to settle for the awful Sky Transfer Show to keep me occupied, once the summer window opens.

I just hope RM win the CL, to save us from endless Klopp interviews or programmes on how good Salah/Diaz is all through the close season. Although suppose the alternative is going to be countless Ten Hag interviews, so we can't win either way.

Roll on August when it all kicks off again.

Palmers, cricket clubs are definitely on the look out for players so you should definitely check out a local club.

My side have a Saturday league side and a Sunday friendly side where any ability can play. Other clubs will have the same.
