What happend so far:
Max Verstappen made it three wins in a row by taking victory in the Spanish Grand Prix - and with it the lead in the World Championship - and will hope to pile more misery on title rival Charles Leclerc at this weekend's race in Monaco.

Ferrari's Leclerc was leading comfortably in Spain before an engine failure robbed him of an almost certain win, allowing Red Bull's Verstappen to leapfrog him in the standings and take a six-point lead into the seventh round of the season.

Leclerc's motivation will be high heading into his home race on the streets of the principality, with his car suited to the track's slow- and medium-speed corners and where he claimed pole position last year only to be cruelly denied the chance to fight for the victory when his car broke down before the start.

Standings:
1. Max Verstappen 110
2. Charles Leclerc 104
3. Sergio Perez 85

1. Red Bull - 195

RB doing RB things. Coming from 2nd row to winning and outscoring Ferrari at Monaco. That's how champions work 👏

Comedic by Ferrari today but on any other track Sainz takes Perez.

Russell quietly going about his business with another top 5 finish

Tbf on any other track there's no way red bull would go medium so not really fair, checo is probably the best defender on the grid

"As Ferrari we are disappointed - we believe there was a clear breach of regulation with the Red Bulls on the yellow line. Being on the line is breaching the race director notes and we are still seeking clarification from the FIA.
-------------------------
Here we go, did Ferrari consult Wolff?

Fack me, you lost because of your own mistakes, Max on the yellow line didnt give him any advantage.

No, but the rules are the rules. Given how close the top 4 were a 5 second penalty could be huge

Never going to happen. That should have been done during the race,

Ferrari were right to complain - the rules were very clear - you're not to touch the white line when exiting the pitlane.

The problem is that the rules were changed for 2022 so that you had to actually cross the line, but nobody thought to update the Race Director's notes...

thats the worst race of the calendar done now...

onto some actual racing.

Really wish they would just ditch Monaco now, with the way the cars are going it worse every year.

Ferrari really messed up these last few weeks, relatively slow tracks where their car has an advantage and now now theye lost the lead, azb, UK and Canada much quicker tracks which u would think favour red bull

Leclerc could've done what Sainz did and overule team orders, but I guess Sainz was more in the position where risky call wouldn't have mattered so much if it went wrong. Still it doesn't say much for Leclerc's race reading.
