I don't think I've watch England since the Euro final.

We knew England had to produce technically better players, which they now have. But they don't have a modern manager.

Safegate is 'Safety first.' Problem is, he's safety second, third, fourth, and fifth, etc. too.

He doesn't have any other gameplan.

Agree ref rice and Phillips it’s too defensive but wouldn’t want Henderson in there either….I want someone who makes things happen in centre midfield not just another ball recycler …..Henderson is good at what he does but it’s the same as Phillips or rice

1 x DM is enough, Phillips and Rice together is crazy. I get the case for having someone in front of the back four, especially if Maguire is one of them, but you would only need a second if you were playing someone who cannot defend, like TAA. But just pick a RB who can defend, have 1 DM and then play some creative players in front of that.

Completely agree….I’d have mount rice and grealish with Saka and sterling on either side of Kane

He needs to show some ambition

I’m not a big Southgate fan but he has done well in tournaments however he has had long enough to try out some more attacking formations especially as our best players are attacking

He bores me

He has to pick Foden if he is fit, he has more creativity in a single toe than the entire team that was out there tonight, awful display. Phillips and Rice in the squad is fine, gives cover for the DM role, but never ever ever pick them together.
