Dundee United have announced the departure of head coach Tam Courts by "mutual agreement".
The 40-year-old had been given permission to speak to Croatian side Rijeka last week.
Courts was in charge at Tannadice for a year, leading United to fourth in the Scottish Premiership and a Europa Conference League spot.
Sporting Director Tony Asghar said news of a replacement is expected in "the coming days

I hear Courts might be in line for a job in Hungary. Apparently he told Ashger that he wanted to talk to anyone that asked about him, so they have parted ways to help stability. It's another strange one like Micky Mellon before he came in and did what was asked if him but I don't think many fans are bothered that he's going as the football had been atrocious to watch.
Still with this the Neilson leaving for hearts for free according to them and no good news about incoming players it's looking like a poor season ahead.

Not the only departure from Tannadice either. Luigi Capuano is rumoured to be leaving as well. He is the clubs operation director. Another person who left after not all that long joining was Laura McCallum.
These people were brought in after long serving members of staff were binned. What really goes on within Asghar Towers these days?...........

Courts is leaving too soon.
Would have got a move to a bigger Scottish team or big League 1 club or Championship down south if he had another good season because he talks well.
Massive gamble to go to the Balkans but it might pay off, i suspect not but we will see.
