But I suspect not. We were in Oz last month and was 'persuaded' to try various pale ales - all pretty much keech.
This stuff though is yummy.

Ya globetrotter! Has to be said, whilst there’s not so much variation in lager tastes it is huge in ales - more so these last years. Ever since I started drinking I always shunned lager. Partly the contrarian in me but just so much variety outside them but back in the day real ale places were few and far between. Much better now. I’m not a beardy, manky jumper camra type but like a decent ale. Know lots of guys the same - cants plan their holidays around good ale pubs

Lager for thirst.

Ale for taste.

Wine for rinsing the shame from your mouth.

Ah yes, Viz's Real Ale Tvvats do exist, planning your hols around Real ale pubs, yuk. Mind you some bams plan their hols around golf courses...

Too scorchio here today so am away to try that beer again. Just to make sure yesterday's wasn't a fluke.

Anyone remember Yugotours back in the day. Office in Bath Street. Late 80s 'the Jug' was 2nd most popular destination behind Spain! All cos Tito needed hard currency.

Anyway, always meant to ask this, Pallaver, but is there any significance in you spelling your name with two Ls instead of the more common palaver? Looked for some history and can't find much but https://greensdictofslang.com/entry/obmwa5y
