Ashley has repeatedly said that he wants the lot, ie, including the stadium. I cannot see Clowes selling it to him (unless for a massive profit) so I assume Ashley is now out of the running unless he changes his approach. Appleby could maintain his interest but we know so little about Morgan it's difficult to have much of an idea of his potential right now.
So it's looking like Clowes as our new owner in toto. If he does end up as complete owner I expect him to appoint a CEO to run the club, someone with extensive knowledge and experience.
But this is a really positive development.

It is positive for you guys. I think Clowes will be good owner for you. Hopefully the nightmare of the past few months is coming to an end.

You can have a club that does well without a super-rich owner if you run it properly. Look what Brentford have achieved with sensible recruitment and also sensible selling of players who reached peak value. It's a very long road back from the utter mess we have been left in by Morris but it can be done. For the first time in a long time there are reasons to be cheeful.

Certainly seems like the doom (on Twitter) has been lifted slightly.
This whole experience has left me a hardened pessimist now so I'm waiting for actual confirmation before celebrating anything. Probably won't even believe that for a good couple of days.

I agree with Vidal.
Spart try not to be so pessimistic please. This is the start of a brand new day.

You get lifted up and then get knocked right back down.
Sad day.

Yeah - unfortunately, that one is a negative. Chin up guys.
