When Dundee United was known as the second club in the city our manager, Jerry Kerr, at the time went abroad and signed some foreign players. One was Finn Dossing a Danish striker who would score an incredible 76 goals in 115 appearances.
He scored a hat-trick in the famous massacre of the Dees on the 11th of September 1965. A credit to the club and his efforts have gone a long way in putting the club where it is today.
