What CB should we sign?

I don't think he's better than Dier as a passer

He's also a lot like Cuti in the sense that he's very aggressive in pressing up and charging out whereas you tend to want your central centre back to be the one who's sweeping up in behind

Not great in the air either

So generally don't seem his as strong competition for the central role.

I want either Bastoni on his own or Bremer & Torres/lenglet

I wonder if we’re gonna play a slightly lop sided back 3 system where the RCB and CCB are the aggressors and one of Lenglet or Torres will sweep, Organise and progress the ball from LCB.

Again I would go with Lenglet out of the two as he is also very good in the air

it funny...I have preferences for who I'd rather have but I must admit I have only seen each of them play about a handful of times each... probably seen Torres the most but not really enough to judge whether the alleged 'physically weak' failings are true.

Gotta trust the club on this one. Would be nice to get one in soon, to start pre season and get them up to speed with Conte ball.

Would he not go on the left? I know he's right footed and played central for Torino, but he seems to have the same skill set as Romero so he'd make sense there to make the defence roughly symmetrical.

Judging by his highlights he seems pretty comfortable using his left foot to dribble/tackle/pass

Gvardiol and we shouldn't pay more than 60m for him. 80m is ridiculous for his talent

Bremer rumours are hotting up, he looks a unit on Youtube

Lisandro Martinez and Bremer would makes sense if we couldn't sign a blockbuster LCB like Bastoni or Gvardiol

Yeah just responding to whoever said he was an upgrade on Dier. Don't think they're battling for the same spot

Agree Chris. Bremer not as good in the air as Dier but Dier is not great passer of the ball either. As it looks like Dier is staying Bremer would offer good competiton for him.
