Spurs are in the ascendancy though.

New state of the art stadium
Training ground
Elite managers

United and their fans are stuck in the 90s. Other than revenue are the titans they once were. Players no longer see United as the pinnacle of their careers. Rather a stepping stone to a CL club

Trophies aside, the club has come a long way in the time that Son has been here. He has been a good part of that progression. If you want to try and suggest that Berahino would do better than Son has done for Spurs it's up to you, but most would see you as a fool.

Best signing we’ve made in the PL era.

The only other player who eclipse him (for me) was Rafa VdV
But Son is a much better player
