They’ve signed some good players (Bissouma, Richarlison, Perisic) whilst liverpool have lost a key player with Sadio Mane. Nunez is going to be a flop I think and I don’t think he’ll score double figures in the premier league. I also personally think Conte is a better manager than Klopp and the trophy record agrees with this. Let’s not forget how easily and simply Conte outclassed Klopp in the 2016/17 season to win the title. I think there’s a very good chance that Tottenham finish above Liverpool this season.
