Locksmith needed?

I think most of us reckon we are missing a creative player who can unpick locks and breach a stubborn defence that sits back.

Question is, does Conte think we need a player of this ilk, or are we going to be relying on the wing backs to provide creativity?

I would have loved Eriksen back, but apparently we were never really that keen, so maybe Conte does not see this type of player as a necessity.

Maybe Bryan Gil can be that player, who knows, but he is still unproven in the PL.

That's true but you'd expect him to have picked up a few more caps in friendly games and the many easy qualifiers we play in.

We lack goals from around the pitch also, other than Kane, Son, Kulu and now Richarlison, the rest contribute barely any goals.

Ideally you have an AM who chips in with 5 - 10 goals and the defence with 5 - 10. Hopefully we see Perisic popping up with goals because it is certainly in his repertoire.
