Sounds stupid but he reminds me of a midfield version of berbatov sometimes

Looks too causal but then seems to turn his way out of anything

Much better player than I initially thought and surely it’s who plays with him ….

So called "Rejects" as described by trolls in here, both Bentancur and Kulu were key for Spurs pipping Aesenal and getting CL

Very odd. But this is what's great about our depth in midfield. He can now get hauled off for Skipp or Bissouma or Bentancur

That's he's making it very difficult for Conte to drop him. I'm still keen to see a 352 but that means you have to drop Kulu or play him RM.

Is there not a spot on the MOTD analysis team or something for you with that kind of insight?

Obsessed McFoot so desperate to pisss on our parade.

Fernandes has been pretty consistent. His numbers have dropped as Penited aint getting record levels of pens anymore and the team around him have got worse.

I know it's mindblowing. Players don't always play better, even if they get a full press season. Common sense to most. The idea both will def tear it up cos of a preseason just isn't true. There's never any guarantees

Bissouma and Bentecur the 1st choice pairing definitely

Whats mind blowing is that you think it is unlikely that Spurs players and the squad will not benefit from a pre season with their manager, 6 weeks on the training pitch, even though it is accepted wisdom that it is extremely beneficial, especially where the manager joined mid-season.

It’s Bentancur +1 for me. Think he’s been absolutely superb since he’s come in. Remember watching him closely for the first time in Russia 2018 because he was in my World Cup fantasy team and thinking that Juve were very lucky to have him. Wasn’t sure about the signing to be honest because by all accounts he’d lost some form but he’s been excellent throughout and has gone somewhat under the radar because of Kulu’s blistering start.
