This all started with Hamish and another poster going on about the obsession stuff again so let's get into it.

The reason Celtic fans take an interest in Rangers' finances and the running of the club is because it suits us.
It's funny for us and embarrassing for Rangers fans (deny it if you like but it is embarrassing and that's why so many of you get all ragey about it).

If the boot was on the other foot it would be very similar in reverse except that Celtic fans are a bit less about defending the club at all costs.

That's it. Not an obsession. Just a stick to beat you with. One that you provided and keep providing.

I have no idea at all if he “made stuff up” or not. Knowing him as I do, I’d doubt it. Not to say it didn’t happen. I don’t know.

If you have no idea whether he made stuff up then what you complaining about - you clearly havent read this thread at all.

If you are unsure whether he lied or not read the bit where he admitted to knowingly changing the things I said. Subtly yes. But also very importantly in the context of how he was trying to portray me.

That might clear up any presumption of innocence you have about good old Mags.

Celtic fans and you have absolutely posted about Rangers finances on a regular basis for years…. Think it’s clear where the obsession chat has came from

It’ll be a nice change to not be told how the clubs finances are on every third Rangers thread which had nothing to do with finances! Even if it’s only for a year

If Dermott Desmond's company was suing Celtic in the court of session it would be all over the press and extensively discussed on here.

But it isn't. It's Douglas Park's company suing Rangers.

Once all that stops then the chatter will die down.
