what a joke
naisy elbows some cant, gets a 2 game ban.
Two weeks later, stack elbows lafferty while hes lying on the ground and gets off scot free.
I knew it was a can of worms, but i thought it would take longer than two weeks to prove its a farce.

if you think that incident is worth review then we might as well not bother playing a lot worse goes on in the box at corners etc and generally goes un-noticed.
no danger it could be deemed violent conduct and isn't comparable to Naisy's

henry, i disagree. He swung his elbow at laff. Minimal contact by sheer luck. Its violent conduct.

i was at the game and didn't see it at the time but he clearly tries to elbow lafferty
it was agressive
if i had swung my elbow like that towards the guy behind me in the stand i would get the jail
don't care either way if stack is suspended or no but a bit of fairness should apply

pollocks - totally agree. You cant go about a football pitch trying to elbow folk.
The fact there was minimal contact is neither here nor there

Polloks, remember big Duncan Ferguson got the jail for brushing against some players nose with his forehead.

fairness is all we are looking for. Stack should have been banned.

Any justice system has to be seen to be fair, in too many cases in our football it quite clearly is not. Result a flippin shambles.

totally agree hillbilly. You can only imagine the furore if laff had swung an elbow at stack as he lay on the ground.
Total joke. Had high hopes of this new system but its clearly flawed!

Right... if Lafferty had done it everybody and awbody would have jumped on the bandwagon. I dare say Mr. Salmond would have called a summit meeting.

Greegsys lifting his leg, was deemed, "threatening behaviour".....no contact, but THEY felt it was worthy of a ban.
