He will improve the squad because it cannot get as bad as Ralph and Ole prior to him being sacked. It is very clear he is better than those two put together.

I am actually happy a bit for him, as he can come 6th again and not much can be said to him because the squad we have now that's where we belong.

Crazy that you guys let your best central midfielder and playmaker go for cheap and haven't brought anyone in to replace him. Must be worrying times down Old Trafford these days?

The team/squad will undoubtedly be weaker than 12 months ago.

After all, what squad wouldn't be when the two most effective players are out/on the way out - and even worse, not been replaced.

Carrying on with the recent policy of keeping the 2/3 real detritus in the team and pushing out the good uns.

Madness, i say, madness

I didn't have much hope to begin with. So I can't say I am disappointed. I did think we needed 2 midfielders, yet we signed none. We did sign 2 defenders though and got in an AM as a free. We still need 2 midfielders and a striker as Ronaldo doesn't want to be here and Martial can't be relied upon.
