City v Brentford

Hello my darlings
And welcome back to the Premier league,
Going to be an interesting season,
On paper if we can remain mostly injury free
I'd still expect us to get 6th7th
So not best start losing recardo and Barnes,,

Tielemans I think will go in January after the world Cup
Which would suit us as he needs to play well to ger into
The Belgium squad, after that his head will be elsewhere,

Looking forward to today be interesting to see
The formation brendan goes with,

Off for a nap, see you later

Nothing to see there, they were so poor an opposition that the corners were floated straight into Wards hands, it just showed how bad they were.

Pretty sure Kasper would have stopped one of the goals.

Glad we’re not wasting our money on another though

Not sure that’s out of the question yet TB. Don’t quite understand why Rodgers needs 3 keepers in the squad; neither can I understand why anybody would want to be third choice and pretty much guaranteed never to play.

Or Iverson, played all through pre Season just to be dropped at the first Real Game.

Wasn't Ward injured/not fit during pre-season?

Does that make a difference, when a player does well?

I didn't watch the pre-season games, but did he do well? He looked unconvincing from what I heard.

Which one would Kasper have stopped? The second one which was bent into the side of the goal or the first one from seven yards out?

Is it? Or is it just more click bait?

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of real evidence in that article. But it is insinuating things that I feel could be true even if not as terminal or as extreme as suggested.

Even so, the fact that articles like this can even be written tells you things aren’t quite right don't they.
