Testing the waters (ploy)...
Garnering a flurry / host of interest from every top 5 league (including most importantly from European heavyweight clubs), inundated with offers. 20 so far!
Speaks volumes of Cal' supreme ability that he has plenty of suitors & still highly coveted despite coming back from potential career-ending injuries (confirmed my thoughts that he'll be one of the most sought-after players in the world, if he was on the market...come into existence now).
Of course him being highly desired by top clubs in all the top 5 leagues shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone with an ounce of brain capacity.
This is a player that was justifiably fast-tracked ready to make statements on the big stage for Chelsea in his mid-teens due to notable ability to create separation, decision-making, variation and angles to his final third approach...bypassing the loan.
Post-injury still consistently possesses elite multidimensional prowess, overwhelmingly bears out on the pitch and in the underlying data, which others can't match or command (speak for themselves) -

Level of ingenuity doesn't truly reflect in direct stats (but certainly does in the advanced metrics).
Doesn't do Cal' outrageous output & playmaking ability justice, a massive disserve in fact. Should already have been on double assists figure past 2 seasons, at least 50 goals contribution total, if not for the fact that he had to rely on (bad) finishing.
Many strings to Cal's bow & repertoire that are essential in breaking-down low compact sides.
To my mind...his unique little to no back-lift shooting and precision passing technique in breaking the lines & switching play are his strongest weapons.
The football brains behind the clubs pursuing Hudson-Odoi, know and understand premium prodigious generational quality with a high ceiling & huge monetary value, which the pea-brains who advocate signing run-of-the-mill one-dimensional touchline PL wide players like St Maximum, Zaha, Adama Traore etc. on here and outside of here can't comprehend (the same ones that will pretend to care about youth development will be faux outraged when they thrive elsewhere, when all they care about is shiny new buys).
Some have ulterior motives, agendas, vendettas lingering from the Sarri tenure...holding a senseless grudge, have been praying on his downfall.
I also know that the fact he (rightly) skipped the loan system irks a few, thus desperate calls for him to become a loanee
Others typically just follow the crowd peddling useless narratives, don't have a functioning mind to formulate opinions of their own. Simple minds.
Thick will always be thick is the long story short.
Anyway I digressed...
The overwhelming interest will grab the attention of Tuchel and ultimately force him to play Cal regularly in his rightful position on the left or middle of the attack where he can inflict maximum damage between the lines & in half-spaces. (Not predominantly playing the sacrificial wing-back role).
WIN-WIN for Cal and I love to see it again. It's what his world class talent, work-ethic and tremendous mental fortitude richly deserves.
As Rob Green succinctly puts it "a brilliant mind" & "a level above" - https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1183437998513369088/vid/720x720/tPtNed8fujb8uPEZ.mp4

Doesn't deserve to be behind considerably lesser talented att. players.
Got to play / manipulate the system in your favour with these type of managers that spectacularly misuse & underuse one' standout ability, the above is one way of getting the manager to prioritise you on a level playing field.
I'd encourage any young player that can attract the level of interest Cal has and is in a similar situation of mismanagement to do the same.
(Tuchel will pay dearly if he allows the trailblazer to leave, having never afforded him fair regular opportunities in his optimal role).
I'm not liking how quickly and with ease he's dispatching useful homegrown players, needs to be stopped or it will dark dark path down the 🐇 hole.
(See...Tammy, Livramento, Guehi just to name a few as prime recent examples and references). Cost us dearly.
Cal is the cream of the crop. Modern day equivalent of losing De Bruyne.

It'll be remiss of me not to touch on this -

Again highlights the serious hardship he has had to go through, in his short senior career thus far.
Testament to his mentality that he came through such challenges.
A real trouper!
