Hope the Green Room bar is well stocked and the car park isn’t too tight, that rambling drunken oaf will do exactly what he’s done in football post retirement - make a complete fool of himself and fall at the first hurdle.

He's been sober for over 25yrs. Since his retirement from football he set up Sporting Chance. A charity that offers support athletes for a host mental health, and addiction problems. Which is "now the largest provider in the world of education and treatment for sports professionals."

Sporting Chance is supported by a range of sporting bodies and institutions throughout the UK.

He was also made an MBE as an example to others that have overcome alcoholism, and in turn dedicated their time to helping others.

To suggest he has made a "fool of himself" post retirement exemplifies your complete and utter ignorance of his achievements.
