Wee Billy

I wouldn't be averse from the return of Davies, on either a short-term or long-term basis, but it's clear we need a sound youth policy in place. The last youth player to break through was McGugan (I like) and that was years ago! Hart would be perfect to work on the youth and bring them through, but could Billy accept not having full control and could he be swayed to use youth over stellar signings? Seems far-fetched, but so did McClaren and Doughty walking on the same day.
