Ill do the decent thing and answer the op question, if he comes back till the end of the season it will be on a caretaker role, ie to steady the ship etc, if all goes well and they can put their differences aside for the good of your club, ie BD and ND, he could again become the permanent manager, hope that helps.

I wouldn't bother. You'll be bankrupt within nine months, may as well give up now.
