Is there such a thing as a flawless album? One with no weak links or stocking fillers. Here are a list of some I can think of that are as close to perfection as possible in various genres. IMHO. Feel free to agree/disagree or add your own. I'm sure there are a few I may have overlooked.
Rumours -Fleetwood Mac (Tango In The Night is also close to being in this list)
Nebraska- Springsteen
Black album -Metallica
Viva la Vida- Coldplay
The Wall-Pink Floyd
Sgt Pepper- Beatles
Other Voices Other Rooms- Nanci Griffith
Songs In The Key Of Life- Stevie Wonder
Hotel California- Eagles
Never Mind The B******- Pistols
Inflammable Material- Stiff Little Fingers
Running On Empty- Jackson Browne
Force Majuere- Tangerine Dream

I'll say it again
Carole King. Tapestry. Recorded about 50 years ago.
Nearly every song a hit, it won three Grammy awards.

Well there's not a bad song from the first song in AC/DC's High Voltage to the last song in Back in Black, so that's a streak of six albums. Pretty decent. Although they did later go on to make a streak of three albums without a single good song, so that balances it out a bit.
Powerage the obvious highlight.
Other bands manage less impressive discographies, but Black Sabbath's Paranoid and Iron Maiden's Iron Maiden and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son don't have a bad track on them either.
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son even tells a nice story through the album.

I've only come across 8 "flawless" albums in 50 years of buying (and 60 years of listening to) mainstream pop/rock 'albums'.
In no particular order, other than alphabetic:
Ágætis byrjun
Automatic For the People
Closer
Debut
Life's A Riot with Spy vs Spy
Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven
Screamdelica
Unknown Pleasures
That doesn't mean others aren't great. Many, many, are. But those above do not have a bad bit on them.

They have one good song, played into oblivion so can't stand to hear it anymore. And all other songs, are just annoying as fack, to me that is. I don't know why, but I cannot stand his voice. It just sounds so whiney. Like I do now
