if Barca fail to register Kounde in the next 11days then he has a clause which allows him to move on for free, Chelsea would be his best choice after all that happened with his transfer. If we can keep the offer for Aubameyang low enough that they cant get him signed up, we could get Kounde for free ...what a piece of luck /business that would be.
