Team leader at Haas (replacing Mick), with potential to join Ferrari? (He is half-Italian after all)
Return to Alpine? (Maybe)
Williams? (No)
Or
Take a year out (with £15m payout from Mclaren), wait for the driver market to shake-up again?
As expected - Danny Ric leaves McLaren

nice guy-completely underachieved

Hmm not sure underachieved is the right way to describe his career to date.
90% of the grid would kill to achieve the 8 wins he has.
Majority of his wins came against the odd as well, particularly when there was chaos...always there to pick up the wins.
Not to forget...shattering a peak 4-time world champions confidence in Vettel at RedBull.
Of course World Championship is/was Danny Ric' ultimate goal, but he's never been provided with a Champion material car.
All things considered...a very respectable career.

Lando Norris may have got the better of Danny Ric at McLaren, but Danny will always have the first McLaren win at Monza over Lando.

Norris will breeze past 8 wins.
