A very busy period coming up for Spurs, starting with our trip to East London's premier Car Boot Sale venue, our second away game in 4 days:
Wed 31 Aug: West Ham (a) 19:45
Sat 3 Sept: Fulham (h) 15:00
Wed 7 Sept: Marseille (h) 20:00
Sat 10 Sept: Man City (a) 17:30
Tues 13 Sept: Sporting CP (a) 17:45
Sat 17 Sept: Leicester (h) 17:30
International Break
FYI Man City are away at Seville on the Tuesday before our game so an extra rest day but a tougher fixture for them.
A congested run but not too bad in terms of scheduling. Could have been worse. Will have to see a bit of rest and rotation employed.
By the end of this little run we will have got Chelsea West Ham and City away all done. We then begin with Arsenal (a) after the Int. break.

Seville are awful. Easy win for City

If we’re within 6 points of first place at The World Cup, I honestly fancy our chances. Most of our usual hard fixtures will be out of the way

Got a feeling we’ll struggle in UCL.
And I I know our record v City is impressive but it’s got to end at some point.

Yeah we can’t keep on beating City, they’ve battered us in most games and still lose

City are definitely beatable again. They have been behind by two goals, in three of their last four matches. They won't keep coming back. I don't think they have a great defence

I don`t think the schedule is too bad. If you want to be in the CL, then this is the sort of schedule and games you will get. So not complaining.

Spurs have had for a few years the best stadium in Europe
but not for much longer, once the Bernabeu rebuild is complete
You can then enjoy your position as R Madrid's feeder club, and owners of the 2nd best stadium in Europe
