The team spirit appears to be much better this season. Especially as Ronaldo hasn’t been starting.

The spirit is better as Maguire has been benched. The spirit in defence is noticeably different and spreads to the rest of the team.

That helps as well.

Exactly. Only game he starts we get humiliated. Can't have gone down well with the players to see him start after asking for a move away. ETH seems to have realised his mistake immediately and put Ronaldo back in his box. Which seems to have helped with the team spirit.

If there is any truth in the trouble between Harry and Ronaldo, it could be that benching both players was a wise move from ETH. He has basically put the two most powerful players in their place, whilst recording 3 wins on the bounce.

Although it wasn't just Ronaldo who said Mags should be dropped, if reports are to be believed. The players themselves appeared to recognise Mags as the problem.

Managing this dressing room is going to be far the biggest task he’s ever had. If we can get through the season unscathed, at least he will know exactly who the bad apples are and hopefully we can fire them into the sun.

The Dutch by nature are quite confident and arrogant so I think he will be surprisingly ok

Well Dutch managers have historically had problems managing dressing rooms for that very reason.

Yep. I don't think he has made a bad start. Can't do it all in one season, but hopefully this time next year the dressing room is a lot healthier
