I know its a choice between a kick in the nuts and a poke in the eyeball but surely Truss doesn't get in.

It's a done deal.

She's given the swivelled eyed loons more red meat than Rishi. Anyway s man of colour didn't stand a chance of doing elected by Tory party members.

Truss will we a disaster. She has the charisma of dung beatle and has just inherited a poison chalice of epic proportions.

She will start her leadership by u turning on a lot of shizzle.shes spouted to appeal to the electorate as a whole.

Well, Kier Starmer knew all about him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Starmer has got away with murder over this.

His hopeless excuse (that it never got to his in-tray) is insulting to the victims but apparently we shouldn't point that out as it might incite a hateful mob.

Anybody else at the top of an organisation would carry the can for such a monumental fack up but he ends up the leader of the opposition despite telling a tissue of lies to get that position.

Not quite the honourable decent bloke he likes us to think he is.

The CPS get away with quite a bit, remember a few years ago when they effectively stitched up a number of men accused of rape by withholding evidence that would clearly exonerate them, just so they could get near there target rates for conviction? Should've been a much bigger scandal than it was, brushed under the carpet and the head chief was made a dame a couple of years after.

The facts behind the Savile case (and Starmer's non-involvement) were set out and explained to you in the politics thread. Which I believe from memory you accepted.

For reference a quick reminder as it appears you have forgotten.

I have no recollection whatsoever of backing down, I'm not on there everyday so maybe you took my absence as a retreat?

Boris backed down because a hateful mob chased Starmer to his car and as with everything else at that time he got the blame.

As I said at the time I don't doubt that Starmer wasn't told but as head of the CPS he should of put the mechanisms in place to ensure he was.

As with Cressida D or Boris if you are on charge of something that's failing you carry the can regardless of how dirty your hands are.

The extra Tax income from VAT on fuel, energy and everything that costs so much more now should come close to covering that.
