The Frday night game against Fulham goes ahead!!! Hopefully this time, regardless of the result, we try and maintain a decent atmosphere.
Last Game Overview: (Same as the Leeds Match Thread)
A demolition job...in the second half...as our players seemed to give up. Probably the worst half of football I had witnessed since CH. In fact, it was as if CH had possessed SC's body and soul.
The Good: Kouyate and Williams looked good, MGW and Lodi tried hard.
The Bad: Everyone outside of the 4 players above. Awoniyi's miss.
The Ugly: McKenna's backpass, Cooper's lack of changes and the changes, the booing after six games (get a grip).
Special Mention: Jamie Carragher for keeping it relatively calm. I have no idea why people goad celebrities and then get upset when they react. You poke the bear and the bear pokes back. Simple.
Overall Record:
Next up is Fulham.
Currently we stand at W32 D28 L42.
Since the start of the 2000/01 season we have played Fulham 15 times and have the poor record of: W5 D1 L9
We haven't beaten them at home since 2015, with three of the (above) 5 wins coming at the WFCG.

Mangala could be like a new signing as photos of him back in training have resurfaced. Aurier likely finding full fitness.

Fulham have had a decent start to the season, with two wins, two draws and two losses. They looked very impressive on the opening day of the season, against a misfiring Liverpool.
Both of their wins have come at home against Brentford and Brighton. Mitrovic has scored six of their eight league goals.

Mangala on the bench (along with Hennessey, Biancone, McKenna, Toffolo, Kouyate, Yates, Johnson and Surridge).

Prediction:
If the crowd gets behind us, and we silence Mitrovic, then we have a chance in this.
Hopefully the forced break has allowed our players to cut out the unforced areas and we have figured out to be more Everton, Spurs and West Ham...than Man City Newcastle and the Bournemouth second half (did it get cold in here?).

Not mentally strong enough tonight.
What have we learned tonight?
Boly no better than Worrall, or is it unfair to judge on one game.
O’Brien should be nailed on to start.
MGW our most creative player (not saying a lot I know)
We need a striker in January. Awoniyi looks to be on a par with Taylor.
