According to Todd . Chelsea are looking to purchase clubs in Portugal and Belgium to use for developing youth team rather than sending them to other clubs. Sounds about right?

Only thing I do not like about ....is that the port side is generally red. This star board is truly blue!

They do and Red Bull, I beilive we have had close ties with with clubs abroad before.
This was discussed at a recent conference (SALT fir business leaders to share thoughts and ideas, not to be confused with the old strategic arms limitations treaties).
