Bored at work today.
What would your team be if you had to pick now for the world cup.
Ramsdale - bit of a show pony but I just don't trust Pickford (although he has rarely, if ever let us down so far)
James - Best all round full back maybe in world football (May start trent v Iran though as he's marginally better at crossing etc.)
Stones - Best of an average bunch in our league
Tomori - Going off of hearsay, I am going to chelsea v milan home and away so will be able to get a good view of him but think he was supposedly phenomenal for milan last year
chillwell - Injuries and lack of game time but still probably our best option. Looked good in recent appearances.

There’s no outstanding team in Europe right now it seems. Possibly France if their big players show up.

I wouldn’t write off England but not sure their defence is good enough. Shaw and Maguire were playing far better at the Euros. Kalvin Philips injury could be a blessing in disguise though.

Neymar seems to be playing as well as he has in a while. Hopefully he stays fit for the tournaments sake.

On paper you would think Portugal have as much talent as anyone but I feel their manager and Ronaldo will hold them back.

Aye, full back seems to be a bit of a problem for Brazil but they look strong in most other areas. Rare you get a complete team at international level.
Tbh I’m starting to become more concerned with our attack than our defence. We’re struggling for goals nowadays.
