While I agree with the misuse of the word hero, the man was literally poisoned recently while doing something relatively similar so there is pretty clearly some risk.

Been looking for details on Mourinho being "poisoned" rather than just being poisonous but I can't find any.

He's trying very hard to save his own ass. Why forgive the debt now. He had 20 years to do that and give money to charity. Obviously he needs the good PR at this time.

I think it a few papers picked it up. But the story would not generate as many clicks and revenue as a negative story about Abramovich, of course
