"Nkunku wasn't keen on working with Tuchel"

Said manager departs and move gets done quickly in advance, interesting.
(Probably one of a number of precursors in firing Tuchel)

Can't possibly imagine why Nkunku wouldn't have wanted to work with Tuchel...I mean it definitely didn't have anything to do with the fact that he was predominantly deployed at Right midfield / wing-back in a backup role and Tuchel had no care for this academy product' development at PSG.
Totally misused and underutilised (sounds familiar).
Leipzig rescued him, got him at a snip...turned him into a big money investment.

Yes very similar to Tammy Abraham, who was treated like dirt by Tuchel but embraced by Mourinho at Roma and has thrived under his management.

This signing is proof that the Boehlys are looking to bring Mourinho back

Plus his name being so similar to Lukaku he’s ripe for the JA Live thread picking as soon as he mistimed a first touch.

Why is this mediocre footballer getting so much air time all of a sudden?

Would have been fine by me. I’ll side with a proven world class manager over a bundesliga attacker any day

this. Fans have short memories. Tuchel got to finals with a bunch of overrated let down players. As potter is now finding out. Still early days but still lethargic wasteful football.

"Overrated let down players" who won the Champions League 18 months ago. Short memories indeed Nick

You and Randomer are right btw. But CMF gunna be CMF, I'd be worried if he doesn't slang Tuchel off for the next couple of years

TT history
Lampard history
Conte history
Di Matteo history
Jose history

All history, remember them as you will but combating them to now is pointless. It's as about as useful as comparing Porterfield to now, all history and superfluous given changes to our ownership, team, management, opposition and no doubt many other factors, let alo e a future that isnt yet certain. Unless of course you are sad or looking to wum, which is pretty much the same thing.
