I liked something I made up the other night about not being right just because the majority agree with you. In hindsight it was a great comment

And what did those silly little girls achieve apart from a criminal record which may haunt them? Absolutely nothing except a lifetime of ridicule, and embarrassed family and friends.
There are responsible ways to make protests. To do something idiotic diminishes your credibility and undermines your crusade.

Neither do irresponsible protests that are acts of vandalism. And I cannot understand why anti-oil protesters react against sunflowers. As well as providing us with oil they are great for nature providing insects and small mammals with food.
