Well the table at the end of that link is clear for CT - had only hearts players encroached and shankland missed then it would restart with an indirect FK to us.

Oh indeed. Only Hearts players encroach and they miss then it’s an indirect fk unless the ball flies straight out of play or directly into the keeper’s hands. In those cases either a bye kick or play on would be given I’d guess.
