Can’t believe we lost to those dossers. They say there’s no rivalry but they were more up for last weekend than they were at the Stade De France.
Missed our game today, followed us to 1-0 in the departure lounge, arrived back from Ibiza and saw we’d won 3-1. How did we get on? Few mates saying Ederson dropped a howler for theirs.
Anyway. We’re all Saints fans tomorrow 🙏

Watched us on motd. He does let in some softies doesn’t he, Ederson. I think him and Cancelo must contribute to the most avoidable goals conceded between them? Did make a good save that would have had them level though, and great assist for our first. Given his age when we bought him though, not sure he has really developed during his time with us?
Further up Mahrez missed a great chance to put the game to bed. How did he get on other than that? His standards have really dropped since our run in Europe that took us to the final (I think). Can’t see him moving on anywhere given his bumper extension signed earlier this year - but at this stage I think most of us would start to see Palmer getting more minutes.

I don’t think Ederson was quite right yesterday. Wondered if he was carrying a knock. He seemed to go long a lot more than usual, and seemed hesitant playing the ball on the ground.

Eder son was getting rave reviews from the BBC for his distribution, which sums him up really, he is a decent keeper with exceptional distribution - hence why Pep likes him.
