Two matches ago I said I thought 5 points from next 4 matches would be a good return.
Well 2 out 4 matches played and 0 points returned and after a hatful of changes today we now find ourselves in a relegation spot.
We've gotten away without having a left back, today showed why you need one.
Ayling did ok coming into side, but Struijk was always under pressure on left.
We didnt seem to miss Adams, Aaronson had lots of energy but goes down easy and it was good to have Harrison back.
Greenwood didn't really stand out, neither did Roca except for a brilliant goal line clearance that if that hadn't happened and messier not saved brilliantly we could easily have lost this 5-2
Rodrigo scores a sitter due to poor defending from Fulham, then equally poor defending allow Mitrovic to level and we've been completely nullified.
Fulham wrestle control, poor defending see them go 3-1 up and our subs are ineffectual, Bamford has a chance but goalie was right on top of him, Summerville looks lightweight and we're missing the creativity of Sinisterra who'd played very well.
Klich is brought on when we really need Gelhardt, finally with 7 minutes to go Gelhardt brought on and somehow creates a chance which Summerville to his credit, reacts quickly and moves just as quickly to poke home.,
But all too little too late and that stat of how we always beat Fulham shows how fate should not be tempted.
I've been saying it for weeks, we're in a relegation battle and now maybe there'll be some realisation that we are in real trouble.
There just seems to be nothing about us and we've yet to play most of the big teams in this league.
This was a must not lose match today, but Fulham could have had 5 or 6. We had bad season last season but we're already worse off this season, will need brave owners to persevere with this.
Thoughts from today

Someone mentioned Tuchel, I know I said bring back MB, but I now think Tuchel would be the best man for the job, he's good,we could count on him...

The reports I've seen shred Ayling for his poor performance defensively. Just highlights how we're existing on a squad full of Championship-level players. I think we can safely say that if Marsch stays we go down, but even with a new manager, we're still going to struggle if we're relying on players who are clearly past their best such as Ayling, Coops, Klich and Bamford. Leeds legends they may be, but I'm afraid they've reached their use-by date.

If you watched ayling at the game you wouldn't agree with that.
Styling had a good game, multiple times he put his body between a shot and a certain goal and he was good Going forward.
I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would say he had a bad game

----------------------------------------------------------------------Then I apologise - the reports were on Newsnow, I should know better than to believe a word on there. Sorry folks and sorry Ayling!

After 11 games last season we had 11 points.
2 of the bottom 3 at this stage got relegated, the team that escaped were Newcastle.

Ayling was awful for their first goal, terrible position.
Didn't do much otherwise to justify all the clamouring to drop Rasmus
As I have said more than once, Bamford is FINISHED and the sooner people wake up to this, the better.
Embarrassing capitulation today & for me Marsch is now looking like Bielsa's twin brother from last season.

Who comes next?
So many are still obsessed with Bielsa that surely Dyche wouldn't be acceptable with his brand of anti - football?
Surely??

Mentioning Dyche is just lazy. We don’t want him, fans wouldn’t want him and we don’t even the players for his brand of hoofball. No idea tbh, it’s probably going to be someone unproven at this level, this is assuming the Marsch does lose his job
