So far this season, Parker became the first manager to be sacked in the Premier League in 2022-23 as he was given his marching orders on August 30. This followed a dismal start to the season in which the newly-promoted team conceded 16 goals in three games, including a 9-0 defeat at Anfield against Liverpool.
Then Tuchal went on September 7. Just 15 months after winning the Champions League, the German was sent packing after losing three of the first seven games of the season.
Wolves' Lage was the next to get the chop on October 2 after his team fell into the relegation zone.
Most recently, Gerrard was shown the door at Aston Villa on the 20th October after winning just two games with Villa on a poor run.
I cannot see that the record of any of these guys was worse than Marsch's, we have won only two games, are on a losing streak and have just dropped into the relegation zone.
Are they waiting to see how many we lose to Liverpool by before axing him.
Is it because Radz wants to give him time to sort it out or maybe it's due to loyalty because of what happened last year or is it because they don't think anybody could do a better job with the tools at their disposal or is it because Marsch is the 49ers man and they have said not to let him go or is it because they are waiting for the transfer window to close and they don't want anyone in who could come armed with a shopping list?
Or maybe it's they just don't have a clue, who or what we need to turn this mess around.
I don't know but again, I ask why is Marsch still there?
Why is Marsch still there

The club seems to be in a coma.
Some sort of denial possibly.
We can only hope maybe tomorrow morning when the reality sinks in, just how terminal the situation is, that common sense will kick in and a decision is taken to replace Marsch with a new manager ASAP.

Given that your fans have already asked for Pockets and Tuchel, perhaps your board is merely waiting for Klopp or Guardiola to become available.

Rich people remain rich by not spending money they do not have to spend kebablegs. They might just loosen the purse strings a little in the next transfer window. Though I cannot see them spending anything but the bare minimum they think they can get away with, which is why they did not sign all that many players in the summer window. They probably had the money, but they thought the cost of the individual players was too much. Which is why some businesses fail, when they should not. The present owners are probably the least worst owners on offer.

Nobody really know's what's going on in the background, you look at Marsch's face and he look's worried!..
The club might have plan's and are looking, problem is who's there that'll bring the fans back on side?..
One name being mentioned on some threads won't be coming, because the club wouldn't be able to pay the wages he'd expect!..

January will probably see a couple more additions to the youngsters.
There won't be any major signings. They cost too much in January.

Whatever they do it will defy logic. They got rid of MB coming in to an easier stretch of games with players coming back from injury. I’m betting they’ll stick with JM rather than paying him £9m to walk.

I think he’ll get until the World Cup, 2 more games.
