I thought I would take a look at how our loaned out players are shaping up so far this season.

Winks:

Yet to make an appearance for Sampdoria due to an ankle injury picked up in his first training session, rumours the loan could be cut short.

Rodon:

12 appearances for Rennes and currently has more clearances and won more aerial duels per game than any of our current defenders. Appears to have cemented a place in the Rennes team.

Ndombele:

11 appearances for Napoli and 1 goal, rumours are he is still short of fitness and only getting game time due to a lengthy injury list, but other rumours suggest they are considering activating a 25m buy option.

Lo Celso:

11 appearances for Villarreal and 1 goal, apparently we can interrupt his loan if another club comes in for him with a permanent deal in January.

Reguilon:

Yet to make an appearance for Athletico Madrid due to injury and fitness apparently.

Udogie:

10 appearances for Udinese, 2 goals.

Parrott:

15 appearances for Preston and 2 goals.

Scarlett:

15 appearances for Portsmouth and 4 goals


So a mixed bag, some playing regularly and progressing, others can`t get a game for mainly injury reasons.
