Continuing on faces.

There have been some injuries & deaths due to faulty airbags in cars.

Some bizzarely when the car wasn't even in motion.

Would an anti-vaccer refuse to drive an airbag car?

My work we supplied chips for airbag systems amongst other things. When there was a false deployment if a death was involved it was major sh't though there was so many layers of checks it was incredibly hard to occur from the computing side. Nearly always the squibs, mechanicals or unusual impact physics.

Yeah well like all these new fangled inventions there were multiple generations of design, each one learning from the last and getting better at ensuring no false deployments. We sold components on the basis that what they did with them was their responsibility. Didn't stop 'Henry Ford' calling our CEO to swing their purchasing weight about right enough. Stories I could tell about the cvnts in the auto business...

There are indeed Covid lessons in there.
