Fleetwood away. The 2nd of only 2 league fixtures for Bolton in November, the 3rd meeting between the 2 clubs at Highbury Stadium. The first memorable from a Bolton fan pov a 4-2 win with 2 goals by lefondre on the way to promotion in 2017. The opposite last season a 3-0 defeat on a horrible wet Tuesday night in December. The last meeting the last game last season as Fleetwood stayed up on the last day despite Bolton winning 4-2 Charles and Bodvarsson on fire. Bolton have now dropped out of the top 6 after being 5 points clear of 7th after beating Burton. The strikers aren't on fire and Bolton are the lowest scoring team in the top 12. Fleetwood don't look like facing a relegation battle this season as are 8 points clear of a poor looking bottom 4 and are in reasonable form unbeaten in the last 5 in all competitions. Team news. One in one out in midfield as Dempsey is banned for 1 game after being sent off at Cambridge and Williams returns from his own suspension. Also missing. Through injury aimson and isgrove. Illness lee, international duty bakayoko. Bodvarsson and John reported to be available after illness. Other possible absences as unknown players mentioned as doubtful. Kick off 3pm.

Last activity I saw was Charles hitting one over the bar at 1-0. What happened after that?

Too much of the tactics is to tire the other side out but yes let's score first for once. Plus no idea why dapo hasn't always been starting up front/wing/10 rather than wingback or the bench.

After that Lazerus moment on Saturday, we can look forward to the pizza trophy on Tuesday.
There is no game on Saturday so we are waiting for the 2nd of December on a Friday night before we play again. Let's hope that there will be more positive consistency from now on.
We need more goals, and more wins and see just where we can end up. Bristol Rover at Home and then the following Saturday, Shrewsbury Town away. Two teams on paper that we should be able to beat.
A new striker as a Christmas present from the board wouldn't go amiss. I hope that Santa has a big enough sack to bring him in.

Got to watch the 2nd half I missed last night. Just constant Bolton. Should have been 5 or 6 goals scored. Listening to the commentary agree we're not brave enough players attacking the 6 yard box waiting for crosses. Good to see Sheehan playing well but can't pick him in the same side as Lee or Kachunga. Have to find a place for sadlier. As a 3 with Bodvarsson and dapo for me.
